I saw your news link of an interview with Tim Eian who is a certified Passive House Consultant in MN.  (Thanks for posting that Jamie).  I met him at my property for a consultation yesterday.  Knowledgeable guy.

Anyway, It might be a good idea to have a separate Passive House section in the forum to collect Passive House knowledge into one spot.   IMHO, I see that it makes more sense to target more energy efficiency for most, especially in a slower economy than sustainability.
