Pre-Insulated Steel Framing (PISF) members are not Structural Insulated Panels (SIP).
SIP's use their exterior skin (OSB board) as their structural member.  Pre-Insulated Steel Framing members use their imbedded steel studs as their structural members.  The products comparison is like trying to compair Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) to Poured in Place Concrete, like night and day!

There are to the best of my knowledge about ten different companies that would fall under this category today.  This would also stop a lot of confusion when people are asking or answering questions under the forum for structural insulated panels.
