Good morning!

I am considering going with SIPs for a 1200 sq ft second story
addition on my house in Arlington VA. The project is in the design
development stage and plans can still be amended to incorporate SIPs.

I am looking for a SIP installer or a GC who built with SIPs before to discuss specifics of the project with, including site restrictions insofar accessibility by heavy machinery required for install is concerned and figure out  how to proceed forward.

I would recommend talking to Charlie Byrd of Intellistructures out of Middleburg. Very competent, easy to work with, smart guy.
