Looking to talk to a contractor in Eastern Iowa/Western Illinois about doing my new homes basment walls with ICF.Building home myself,and this has me curious.Thanks for any advice.

Thanks so much I will.I did get a call from a company in Cedar Rapids Iowa today also.They have a rep in Quad Cities and he quoted my home today.I was a little suprised at the price it came to $3.85 sq foot for materials only.Im new to this whole process so I will read more and see how it measures up.

I am an ICF distributor and have serveral builders in the Peoria area. We have a good track record in Peoria and have several high end homes. Where west of Peoria areyou?

I live in northeast Iowa but you shouldn't have a problem finding someone to build an ICF basement - we've been building with them for 20 years around here!! I have been using ICF myself for over 10 years so if you have any questions or concerns I would be more than happy to try and answer them!!
