It seems that a new green building rating system may be coming our direction. http://www.propertyweek.com/story.asp?sectioncode=359&storycode=3141606&c=1 I have requested additional information from Bureau Veritas and will post it as I rceive it. Bruce

The new rating system is a reaction to recent studies which show that some appliances which have gotten Energy Star Ratings aren't as energy efficient as the label suggest. So take extra care in choosing your appliances. Here is some more info
