But metal trim may be outside the perimeter seal of the door. The sides for sure, likely the top. I don't know how to get the bottom to seal well, a lip on the concrete?

I applied for a building permit. I can't find the U-value of any glass overhead doors, so I am not allowed to use just those doors. So I have to submit some drawings of the sliding doors. Does anyone know the U-value of any glass OH door? How about drawings of well insulated sliding doors?
